Shipments

Your pack shipment

International packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via (Singpost or Aramex International) with tracking and drop-off with signature. 

Local packages are sent via Local Courier services with Signature and Tracking or our own delivery vehicle.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipment Rates

For orders below $100, shipment rates are fixed at $10 for local deliveries with a 3 – 4 days fullfillment.

An optional Local Express service is available at $12 per shipment for the order (irregardless of order value) with 1 – 2 days fullfillment.

International Shipping rates are calculated during checkout with volumetric weights. Options via International Courier or Singapore Post are selectable if available.

During Checkout, you can select the shipping options and rates available.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns 7 days from the date you received your order (online purchase and delivery) or from the date you purchase in store along with the original receipt or invoice.

We accept returns on the following cases

  • Mispacked Product
  • Printing Errors
  • Damaged due to manufacturing 

Please make sure your items are returned as is and unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the you at your own cost.

We will replace the faulty product with a brand new one OR if refunded, if any, will be processed in the form of store credits. 

Please note that discounted/sale item is not returnable/refundable.
