This is a quality tool and very reasonably priced for a chunk of heavy, precisely machined metal and the other included parts.
If you already have a pin-vice, it might be hard to justify another, but this would be a good tool to use as a primary. If you are in the market for one, and wanted a small set of drill bits too, this is a very good option. The quality of DSPIAE tools is beyond doubt!
